    This position is responsible for first line support to all First Supply users requiring assistance with technology issues.  Also a primary resource for the building and configuration of all company PC’s/Laptops and peripherals.



    • Provide support to users requiring assistance with technology issues via phone and help desk ticket system
    • Build, configure, and support the organization’s end user equipment
    • Install approved user applications and security updates
    • Ensure device inventory is kept accurate and up-to-date
    • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues
    • Add/update users and their security access
    • Escalate issues as needed to appropriate team member
    • Create FAQ’s to increase our department/customer documentation
    • Participate in on-call activities
    • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by supervisor


    • Associates degree in related field preferred, or equivalent job experience/knowledge
    • Skills working with Windows 7/10, Office 365, and other business applications
    • Knowledge of network printers, barcode scanners, and other peripherals
    • Great customer service, organizational, interpersonal, and written / verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task, troubleshoot, and learn new technologies
    • Drug test with negative results on employment offer
    • Drug & breath alcohol testing will be conducted randomly and for reasonable suspicion and after some accidents thereafter
    • Ability to be bonded as defined by First Supply Group’s fidelity bond insurance carrier
    • Satisfactory score on the Wonderlic Personnel Test and/or Caliper Assessment
    • Valid driver’s license and a driving record which meets underwriting standards
    • Ability to read, speak, understand and write English
    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure
    • Attendance on a regular and consistent basis
