    We take pride in sourcing, recruiting and hiring top talent across all areas of our business, and as the Lead Campus Recruiter you will create, lead and implement a management recruiting and development program across First Supply.  The objective of this program is to hire top talent from campuses to train and develop into future leaders in sales & marketing, operations, kitchen & bath design and/or supply chain areas for First Supply. The program takes graduates through rotations throughout the organization to learn the full depth and breadth of our operations. 

    Responsibilities

    • Research and develop an entry-level recruiting/trainee program
    • Guide planning, implementation, training and communication support for university recruitment process efforts, program rollouts, and launch of new processes
    • Full cycle ownership of our College Recruiting Trainee Program
    • Establish and maintain relationships with various campuses across the region
    • Exercise creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse, qualified pipeline of candidates
    • Build long-standing relationships with university faculty and career centers
    • Create strategy for campus outreach to student organizations and clubs
    • Continue to develop the Recruiting Trainee Program making it a destination of choice for recent graduates
    • Work collaboratively with local and regional leadership to ensure successful completion of the trainee program by trainees
    • Actively participate in events sponsored by industry groups

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
    • Required: candidate has prior experience working with university relations, campus recruiting or career services managing high volumes of candidates
    • 1+ years of project management experience
    • Ability to influence and negotiate diplomatically and fairly with a wide range of leaders internally and externally
    • Must exhibit a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook and Internet applications
    • Enthusiastic networking abilities, projecting a warm, engaging professional presence
    • Knack for managing multiple priorities with a positive, can-do attitude, particularly during peak periods of high volume
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Refocus daily work priorities in an instant based on business need
    • Prioritize multiple work requests
    • Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude in high work volume situations
    • Ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment, yet also able to accomplish tasks and responsibilities while working alone with little supervision
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
    • Satisfactory score on the Caliper Assessment
    • Ability to read, speak, understand and write English
    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure
    • Attendance on a regular and consistent basis
    • Ability to travel without restriction 50%. Most travel will be day travel or require 1-2 overnight stays per trip
