This position is responsible for supporting business planning and decision making tasks by providing appropriate financial analysis and reporting in such areas as forecasting, budgeting, engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance.


  • Support the monthly review, analysis, and reporting by facility, region, business unit, and PGI consolidated financial statements including variances from plan, forecasts, and prior year
  • Ability to build relationships across the business to address questions and resolve issues
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts consistent with strategies and priorities
  • Develop / Maintain appropriate documentation of processes and procedures
  • Support Adaptive Planning business modeling
  • Perform Administrative duties related to Adaptive Planning
  • Provide variance and trend analysis to drive business decisions
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned


  • Four year college degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • One to Three years of practical experience in finance and/or accounting
  • MBA or CPA designation preferred
  • 10% travel required
  • Strong computer knowledge and skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including superior Excel and data management skills
  • Willingness to learn First Supply LLC’s business system
  • Ability to comprehend various data structure and sources used for reporting
  • Drug test with negative results on employment offer
  • Drug & breath alcohol testing will be conducted randomly and for reasonable suspicion and after some accidents thereafter
  • Ability to be bonded as defined by First Supply Group’s fidelity bond insurance carrier
  • Satisfactory score on the Wonderlic Personnel Test and/or Caliper Assessment
  • Ability to read, speak, understand and write English
